Bibby Ste. Croix Bids a Fond Farewell to 45-Year Veteran

Georges Blanchet started his career with Bibby in the shipping department in 1971, loading trucks and counting inventory. In 1986, Georges was promoted to Director of Customer Service & Traffic, a position he has held to this day. During his 45 year career, Georges has been involved in all aspects of shipping and inventory management.

Georges’ time at Bibby has allowed him to have a vast knowledge of all Bibby product customers. He is credited with building a team of inside sales and shipping personnel that is one of the leading reasons Bibby is successful today.

Georges’ last day will be Thursday, May 26th, and he will be greatly missed. All Georges’ colleagues wish him a beautiful retreat in his well-deserved retirement!
