Tyler Coupling Takes Home Third Prize in the 2013 McWane Ergo Cup Competition

The Tyler Coupling Ergo Cup Team won the third place winners in the 2013 Ergo Cup Competition for their Roll-Off Mold Setter project on the Vertical Press.  The team designed and built a roll-off mold setter fixture that eliminated the need to push and pull dies in and out of a new vertical press.

This innovative design incorporated multi-directional rollers and a simple winch with a battery powered drill that turned a difficult two person task with awkward push & pull postures into a simple task that the person can do without any pushing or pulling.
