Tyler Pipe Lends a Helping Hand

Tyler Pipe made its presence known at the 22nd Annual United Way Day of Caring this year.  This is the one day of the year when volunteers including co-workers, family and friends mobilize to actually provide hands on help in the East Texas area.

On Friday, June 12, a group of Tyler Pipe team members volunteered their time at the East Texas Food Bank to help put together kids backpack summer lunches.  The team also worked in the “bleach room” where they separated and cleaned donated food items and boxed them up to be sent out to homes in the East Texas area.

Tyler Pipe has supported this event for a long time and this year six team members made their first appearance at the event.  We are proud to report that Tyler Pipe was invited to come back another day set aside just for volunteers from Tyler Pipe.
